What if I'm not sure how many users will join?
Our team will work with you on creating an estimate based on our experience with other clients. Additionally, we offer a flex cap pricing option. This allows you to buy a lower amount of users upfront, then see how many users will join. Once your registration is complete, we will bill you for your updated, final user total.If you have over 500 users, contact us for custom pricing.
Will I get refunded for users that don't join?
No. We recommend utilizing our flex cap pricing option to avoid purchasing too many user spots. With flex cap pricing, you can buy a lower amount of users upfront, then see how many users join. Once your registration is complete, we will bill you for your final user total.
Is there a way to add on additional users if needed?
Yes! You can always add users anytime. If you have over 500 users, contact us for custom pricing.
Can I move from a one-time plan to an annual plan?
Absolutely! You can move to our Pro or Ultimate plan at any time. Should you change to an annual plan you will schedule a 45 minute Program Strategy Session with your Client Success Manager to ensure you’re setup for success over the next 12 months.
What if I want to run a second one-time challenge?
We’d love to help support you for another one-time challenge! Pricing will start at $2,000 plus $10 per user.Important note: if you plan to host more than 2 challenges per year you should consider looking at our Pro or Ultimate plans for cost savings! If you have more than 500 users, reach out to us and get a custom quote.
What is included in the onboarding service?
The onboarding service is a one-hour call with an implementation specialist to choose your account settings and discuss your first challenge. We will show you an overview of the Admin Center and its key features. After the call, we'll create your first challenge and send you a guide for inviting users into the app.
What is included in the programming services?
We work with you to plan and execute a year-long wellness program. Our customer success team will work with you to determine your goals and priorities. Then, we’ll put together a year-long program designed to meet your goals and engage your users. Our experts will help you manage the program to ensure a seamless experience. This a great option if you want to make the most of MoveSpring, but don't have a lot of time to manage a program. Rely on our expertise and creativity to make your wellness program a success.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel and we will not charge you in your next, annual billing cycle. We do not offer refunds.
